Every city in Hennepin County offers a different yard waste disposal program and because we service customers all over the Minneapolis metro area we thought it would be helpful to compile a list here of the information for leaf pick ups in each city.
We hope that our customers will find this list helpful as they are making plans for their Fall Clean Ups with us this season.
Weekly Clean Ups with Peterson Lawn will begin the week of October 12th, and One Time Clean Ups will begin the week of November 2nd. If you have any questions regarding our Fall Clean Up service, please call our office at: 952-252-3301.

Golden Valley’s annual fall leaf drop-off provides residents a monitored site to dispose of their leaves at no charge during the last weekend in October and the first two weekends in November.

The Minnetonka Public Works facility accepts leaves and yard waste in the spring and fall, and brush from April to the Saturday before Thanksgiving from Minnetonka residents. The leaf drop-off and brush drop-off programs have different processing methods and distinct end markets for the different materials, so it’s important they stay separate. Follow this link for specific dates for each of the drop-off programs.
